AGENTIC WORLD ACTION MODELS (AW-0)

No category · 02/11/2026

Technical Analysis is an agentic world action model framework that integrates code-based planning with joint video and action prediction. It jointly models code, future video, and robot actions as three coupled generative streams within a unified mixture-of-transformers architecture. High-level Analogy: Imagine you're trying to build a complex LEGO castle. You have two types of help: The Master Builder (Agentic Robotics): This person has a detailed instruction manual (the 'code' or plan) with steps like 'build tower module A' or 'attach wall section B'. They are great at following instructions and using pre-made modular components (reusable skills). However, they might not always anticipate if a piece will wobble or if a tower will lean when placed, because they aren't constantly seeing how the physical structure changes. The Intuitive Builder (World Action Model - WAM): This person doesn't use a fixed manual. They are excellent at seeing how pieces fit together, predicting how the castle will look after placing a block (visual foresight), and executing the exact movements to place it. But for a very large castle, they might struggle to decide the overall sequence of building all the different towers and walls because they lack a high-level, structured plan. AW-0 is like combining these two into a Super Builder. This Super Builder uses the detailed instruction manual (code) for the overall plan and specific reusable skills (like 'build archway' or 'secure bridge').…
